REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If you are not happy with your product please contact us within 7 days to request a full refund. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us using the form below. Include the date that your item(s) arrives for a full refund or exchange.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
Tracking numbers are available upon request. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for retail shipping is based on a flat fee of $5. Any retail order over $50 is free.
Wholesale customers: A flat shipping fee of $30 is charged upfront. Your fee is then adjusted up or down based on the shipment’s final weight.
We do not provide back orders.
